Owner and Digital Strategist

A senior-level strategist and digital communications leader, Chrissy started her career as a Communications Director and Tourism Liaison within local government in Central Florida, and then transitioned to Magazine/Online Editor for the Daytona Beach News-Journal. There she supervised the launch of a new entertainment website and event database as well as developed a blogging and social network training program for journalists. She then went to NASA's Kennedy Space Center where she was a Program and Project Coordinator in Strategic Communications. In 2011, she joined Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as a digital communications team leader in Information Technology and worked her way to Executive Director of Marketing Strategy and Planning. There she oversaw a team of more than two dozen digital creative specialists and led the redesign of the university's internal communications portal and its public website to incorporate improved SEO, accessibility, analytics, and target audience reach. A Naval veteran, who is currently obtaining a master's degree in Digital Media Design from Harvard, she left Embry-Riddle in 2018.
